CSUF Titan Fast Pitch Winners!
We want to send a big thank you to everyone who participated in Titan Fast Pitch and helped make it a success!
We have our winners for the 2022 Titan Fast Pitch competition!
In total, there were over 300 students who competed this year to find the best student entrepreneurs. Students from middle school, high school, and universities all competed for their share of the over $50,000 in scholarships and in-kind awards. This event is special, folks, because it brings so many different people together and not only expands our community of students and social entrepreneurs but strengthens it as well.
Before we announce the winners, I have to thank Union Bank, our Diamond Sponsor for this event. They have really been more than a sponsor of the Titan Fast Pitch over the years, they have been a true partner in every sense of the word, helping with everything from planning the event to judging all the pitches. Special thanks to Natalia Razeghi, Senior Credit Executive and VP Wealth Markets Risk and CDFI Lending at MUFG Union Bank for making this partnership special and for also serving as a finals judge.
I would be remiss if I didn’t thank our other financial sponsors, including: Royal Business Bank, Black Family Trust, North Orange County Community College District, Hyundai, and Vas Arora. Our in-kind sponsors include: Justin Sanders of Master Key IP, the CSUF Startup Incubator, Rudy Chavarria from College Web Media, Stephen LaCount, and Jason Khoo of Zupo.
For the finals, we invited all of the student finalists to personally pitch to our wonderful panel of judges. Natalia Razeghi (Union Bank), Dr. Cathleen Greiner (Regional Director, Business and Entrepreneurship, Orange County, California Community Colleges), Brandon Ramirez (Director, Corporate Social Responsibility and External Relations, Hyundai Motor America), Victor Macias (Founder of Aligned Ventures), and Justin Sanders (Intellectual Property Attorney at Master Key IP).
