Rules: 90 Second Video Pitch

  1.  Recording
    1. You can record your pitch multiple times to achieve the perfect delivery, but submit only one video (the best one).
  2. Presentation Style
    1. Deliver your pitch as if you are presenting in person.
    2. Avoid using PowerPoint slides, poster boards, whiteboards, CGI, music, screengrabs, etc.
    3. The video must be one continuous take with no editing.
  3. Video Requirements
    1. Maximum length: 90 seconds (videos longer than 90 seconds will be disqualified).
    2. Upload the video to YouTube as either public or unlisted. Do not make it private.
  4. Team Participation
    1. Teams can have up to 2 members presenting. Both team members can participate in the video and presentation.
  5. Props
    1. Handheld and wearable props and prototypes are acceptable.
  6. Eligibility
    1. Open to all current university (including community college and master’s/PhD students), high school, and middle school students.
    2. All presenters must be current students and able to produce a valid student ID or provide other proof of enrollment (this will be checked for all finalists).
